Kime and Nova Gas were very professional and thorough when performing maintenance on our gas fireplace that had not worked since we moved into the house. He went through the entire system, found the problem and got everything back up and running. He even demonstrated how to run the fireplace. It may be late in the winter to use it much this year, but come this fall we will be glad to have this wonderful amenity in our home.

Kime is a knowledgeable professional who showed up early and fixed my outdoor built-in grill gas problem. He worked diligently on a very hot day and left the area as he found it. Kime surpassed my expectation by coming back a week later to adjust the regulator. I highly recommend him as a gas professional.

I called Kime on a Friday afternoon…my parents had a natural gas line leak in their smorgasbord of piping. He took it all apart and put it back together, staying until 8pm until the job was done. He was the only person in the area willing to cut into his weekend, which I didn’t expect but certainly appreciated. My parents were very pleased with the work and his kind demeanor. I definitely recommend him!

Kime jumped onboard quickly to fix our gas leak. It turned out to be a far bigger project than a simple gas leak repair. The net result is a 20 foot reduction in piping and significantly less fittings and all junctions re-doped. I think the sixty-year-old house’s gas lines are in far better shape than they were before his work.

It's been a year since the completion of a major backyard patio install that included a gas fire pit. From the beginning and through the entire project Kime was a rock star. He helped us make important decisions on btu through put, inserts, and the like. We love the whole patio but I have to say we have enjoyed most this last year and over the winter having a reliable gas fired setup. Kime also deserves commendation for helping in an emergency when the builders broke a water connection and later ensuring that the bill we received was fully accurate. If we ever have need of a plumber again we will definitely use him. No question.
