Kime was amazing! He came out on a weekend to diagnose our problem and returned first thing Monday to fix it. He was clear and helpful and kind and fixed the problem easily while working to keep the repair costs reasonable. His price was extremely reasonable compared to another quote we received. NOVA gas did a great job for us installing a new gas valve and a more complicated replacement of a gas log lighter in an outdoor fireplace - which took a considerable amount of thought and effort to get done properly. Kime was great to work with, incredibly easy to schedule and very communicative. His pricing is extremely reasonable and fair for the services provided.

Nova Gas run the natural gas for my new generator. They are professional and the price is reasonable. I like the work they did for me and will absolutely hire them again if I have any gas work in the future.

We have had our gas fireplace insert serviced a few times by different companies - this was by far a more thorough job than all of the others combined..He listened to us, addressed our problems, fixed issues and did a complete job cleaning it - when others just took off the glass and cleaned up the embers for us he went the extra step and made sure the unit was functioning properly and that all of our questions were addressed. Would highly recommend using Nova Gas - great hardworking honest company...
